New Age Electronics is a locally owned IT company in Sterling, Colorado.  We have been in business for over 20 years providing computer sales and IT services to northeastern Colorado.  It is our desire to grow and to  continue to serve our community faithfully for many years to come with excellent customer service and state-of-the-art products.

We take pride in our customer service and it is our policy that whatever you buy from us, we will service it.  You need not contact the manufacturer if you purchased your computer at New Age.  We handle all the service needs of your computer for you.  Just contact us with your questions or bring your system down to our shop for honest answers and first class service and support.

Our website is a natural extension to our “brick-and-mortar” store location, however it is not our desire to become an online retail store.  Our website is provided as a service to our customers and the community at large in northeast Colorado for information about our computers and IT services.  Therefore, our website is not configured for online transactions.  In light of this, we offer the following online sales policy for those who wish to purchase merchandise from our website, who may not be able to visit our store in Sterling.

New Age Electronics, effective March 2008, is employing the following policies for online transactions or referrals from other companies:

  1. New Age Electronics will only do business with individuals or companies who can provide verification of identity either through credit card number, driver’s license, sales tax license, or other forms of official identification which can be verified through government and/or banking entities.
  2. When face to face business transactions are not possible, payment will only be accepted in methods which can be immediately processed at a local bank such as money order or cashier’s check.
  3. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received and processed (in other words, until we have cash in hand).
  4. Returns for online transactions will incur a 20% restocking fee.  All returned merchandise must be received with all included accessories and documentation and pass our inspection before refunds will be issued.

We apologize for the inconvenience these policies may present.  We stand by our promise of reliable service and support for customers who choose to do business with us and we will be more than happy to do business with those individuals or entities which can submit to these policies.
